This rope should not be used for one rider. I would recommend this rope for its intended purpose, a four person tube, but not for one or two person tubes. Due to the weight of this rope, it tends to get pulled under water and takes control of the tube. After the rope gets pulled under water, there becomes slack in the rope allowing the tube to spin backwards and then the rope will go tight pulling the tube hard and the rider falls.

This is a very heavy duty rope, and we appreciate that given our large Chariot Warbird 2 tube with adults. We like the included rope wrap that keeps it neat, but the attachment to the tube was dificult based on the diameter of the rope (not impossible and probably more a fault of the tube than the rope). My only complaint is that the rope could come off the boat connection relatively easily although we didn't seem to have a problem.

A:
A "Y" connection is a seperate item, this connection would not allow you to get the tubers out side of the wake of the boat.
Wse the "Y" connector for water skiing for even pull on your boat if you do not have a center achoring point for the ropeAnswered on 7/11/2011 by Doug the water toy man from Midland, MI

Q:
On a two rope, is there any other item or device that I would need to connect the rope to the tube? I know there are looped ends at each end of the rope and one looped end will hoop up to the boat, but how or what is needed to hook the other loop to the device being towed. Thanks.Asked on 6/12/2009 by Anonymous from Kingfisher, OK1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Some tubes come with a plastic "quick connect" already installed and you can loop the rope through that. If not, you can buy the quick connect separately (item 13435).Answered on 6/15/2009 by Michael from Overtons
