These guides save me from a big headache everytime. Before I got these it was a pain to trailer my boat. Not to mention that buying them at Overtons saved me $95 from getting them at the marine store here in Idaho. I mounted these so they were 3" from the boat sitting on the trailer. I only say this because I believe I saw someone wondering how close to mount them.

Comments about Tie Down Engineering Bunkboard-Style Boat Guide-Ons, 5' long:

This took me about 2 hours to install. I had to adjust them later because my boat was wider in the middle than at the back & I had them too narrow at the back, but adjusting them took only about 15 minutes. This is a beefy set that should last a long time.

Order came faster than I expected. Installed per directions but have not tried yet. Stll a bit brisk here on the Cape.

Replaced pole type guides as lines got tangled on retreiveal.
