Okay, so I read the one review that was on these gloves saying they were sized too small. I looked up the size chart for Overton's and saw that a size large would be just a tad bit too big for me (like a centimeter) so I ordered a size large. With regular well-known gloves like Mechanix, I wear a size Medium. When I got my L Overton's ATTACK gloves, they were waaaaay too tight, and I was forced to RMA them and return them for a size XL. Which means I had to pay shipping ($7) to send them back (they cover the shipping and gloves that they send back to you, at least). [...]SO, if you're a snug fit with size medium gloves like myself, order a size XL! My dad is an actual size XL and these gloves would never fit his hands. Once you get the right size these gloves are great, stitching is top-notch.

Extremely thin protection in fingers and palms. Fingers are not precurved as advertised (or material is not thick enough to hold the "precurve"). My wife, an avid slalom skier who seldom misses a holeshot, lost the handle on five tries with these gloves. We have returned them and ordered replacements with much thicker protection and truly precurved fingers. These gloves are best for light protection for the casual skier.

I ski aggressivly and the gloves give me good grip. I regularly ski a slolum course and the gloves work great. My only concern is that they are already showing some significant wear and I wonder if I will make it through one season.

Comments about Overton's Overton's Attack Waterski Glove:

I am so happy that Overton's has started making its own gloves under its own name again. The old "pink" Overton's Pro Skins were some of the best ski gloves ever produced and the Gladiator Pro Champs were a lackluster replacement that I suffered through over the last several years. When I saw the Attack gloves, I tried them and I am thrilled with them. The fit, for me, matched Overton's sizing chart. They loosen a bit when wet, so don't try to go bigger. The grip is great and they are very durable. They are also easy to get on and off. Great work, Overton's. [...]

My husbands hand is exactly 3 1/2 inches which is a medium. How do the gloves fit compared to the size chart, we are getting them as a Christmas gift and so we are buying them now while they are still in stock and I would hate to get the wrong size. Am I safe ordering a medium?
