I've always shopped Overton's for my water toys, skis, gloves, etc.; however, the shipping is getting much slower than it used to be - not sure why.

                    A:

You can use an concrete block to anchor the buoy in place. Just tie the rope to the anchor and buoy.

                • Q:

Please tell me of what the buoy is made? Is it rubber? I would like to stencil numbers and letters on the surface. Do you have any suggestions what paints or primers or markers I should use? The buoys will be in a fresh water lake for a short duration (3 hours).
                  Thank you
