We purchased a tonneau cover and it came without snaps and eyelets because all boats are different and you have to install them yourself. We purchased a similar kit from one of your competitors and their product was far inferior to your product. The plier tool (the metal) actually broke when attaching the snaps & eyelets. The ones that did attach didn't stay long, therefore needing to attach new ones. Your "canvas plier tool" was easy to use and the snaps and eyelets are very sturdy. My husband was very happy that these were far superior and would recommend them to your customers.

This snap tool is very poorly constructed. The handle bent after only two snaps making it useless. Spend a litte extra and buy a quality tool, I ended up with one made from a pair of vise grip pliars with solid steel heads welded to the jaws. Installed 125 snaps without a hick-up.
