These days it makes good sense to lock an outboard to the boat. This lock does that. My old lock got sand and salt water in it and I needed a replacement. This lock has vibration dampeners the old one did not have. How much does it cost to get in your truck, go to store and buy a new one? Nothing if Overton's continues its free shipping. No Brainer!
