        This is almost the full package it doesn't have the orange distress flares. Only the red emergency flares. I would have liked 2 of each in the case. But, I do like the compact case that is easy to store.

            They are good for 3 years. Must not have on board expire flares or fined. Check the package at your next visit to any local stores.
