    Comments about O'Neill O'Neill TNT Comp Vest:

    I returned mine, it is cut too high in front and
    would rub on the front of my neck, it was the right chest size but was loose over the shld,
    and the side closure was awkward and the zipper
    was difficult to use; this item should go back to the design department for an overhaul
