I love using this product for hunting and/or ice fishing. It's small enough that I can fit it in one of my larger back packs and haul it where ever I go. It kicks out good heat and keeps your legs and hands warm all day long. I can run this thing all day on a one pound propane cylinder. I just bought one for my step-dad because he was always wanting to use mine. Great product.

This is not a big enought heater for a 3 person portable. Go with the next size up Mr. Heater Portable for comfortable heat.

Comments about Mr. Heater Little Buddy Propane Heater:
We bought the attachment to refill the disposable propane containers. Makes the product much more efficient and we then don't just toss the small fuel bottles, but reuse them! Decreases cost and recycles. Our outlay for both was less than the heater alone at other vendors...Great price!

I am taking this heater fishing and it is perfect for when my fingers get cold and I'm trying to change bait. I even put this in my bathroom at home and turn it on when I get into the shower and by the time I get out, the entire room is toasty. :)

Comments about Mr. Heater Little Buddy Propane Heater:
I use it in my scout one man clam shanty, it heats it well even on the below zero windy days of Jan. and Feb. I tend to move around in persuit of the fish, it can be difficult to start. I sometime have to hold the start button in for 2 minutes on the first start. However, once started and ran for some time it does start faster and easier the second, third and several times after.

Q:
We just want something to take the chill off on cold nights (<45 degrees F) in a large tent (156 square feet), not to heat it. Will it be able to accomplish that?Asked on 9/6/2010 by Jay Cooke Fan from Minnesota1 answer
VERIFIED BUYER
A:
Not really. I would get the Portable Buddy at the minimum for this. I use a Big Buddy heater for my 8X8 deer blind and it's very toasty but the Little Buddy is more of a leg and hand warmer. I use the Little Buddy as a heat suppliment or if I'm in a small blind or ice shanty.Answered on 12/29/2010 by Darren from Michigan
