Tools required:
1 1/16" wrench (floating yellow nylon version purchased here
Pliers
Waterproof grease
Screwdriver

Removed cotter pin with pliers, removed nut with wrench. Removed washer. Greased shaft. Drank screwdriver. Reversed steps 1-3. Prop fit well on shaft. Very little play but slid right on. Total install was under 10 minutes which meant waiting until the screwdriver wore off to test it.

Performace? Better hole shot. More RPMS than 17" pitch so same top speed.

Overall: I liked it enough that I'm buying another Michigan Wheel prop, a 13.75x13" pitch for tubing, skiing, and large parties.
