Product Description
mepps One of Mepps' most popular lures, the Comet Mino will catch just about any fish that swims! Each Comet Mino is carefully airbrushed for a realistic look. Its erratic swimming action makes it appear to be a wounded baitfish. An interchangeable hook makes it simple to attach a replacement Mino. A solid stainless steel shaft and heavy-duty folded brass clevis ensure life-long durability. Named one of the 10 best bass lures of all time by Bassmaster magazine. Perfect for casting or trolling. Gold blades are polished brass; silver blades are plated with genuine silver. All Comet Minos run at mid-depth.

Comments about Mepps Comet Mino Spinnerbait - 3", 7/16 oz.:

This is by far the best lure in my tackle box. I have caught Northerns, Smallmouth, Lake Trout, and Crappie all with the same lure. Casting or trolling, it doesn't matter. When casting, make sure you use a slow, smooth retrieval. Troll at a normal speed (about 1.2-1.5 mph). I have sizes 1, 3, 4, and the Giant Killer. I have had success with shad and rainbow, but have only used silver blades. Buy them, you won't be disappointed!
