oneill This great wearing vest is soft and comfortable. Made of closed-cell PVC marine foam with coated nylon shell and quick-release Delrin buckles. USCG approved. Men's sizes: S(33"-36"), M(37"-40"), L(41"-44"), XL(45"-48"), 2XL(49"-52"), 3XL(53"-56").
