Worked great did an 18# bird have sold 2 to friends that don't want to buy oil any more.
Con: couldn't see the drip pot was full so made a little mess on the patio. will use a cookie sheet under it next time.

Wonderful NO OIL needed save alot of money.
Does wonderful on Chicken and Turkey. I have not tried anything else yet.The design of this fryer is wonderful all excess juice runs out the bottom into a pan. Very easy clean-up.Easy to set up and use.
