Grandson fished a High School Tournament with them with a top water frog he hooked every fish. I contribute this to the very sharp hook. The screw on the hook eye is the best it holds the frog and you don't lose your frog. Grampa did not have to rerig it for him. Would recomend these hooks to every one

Great hook that is extremely sharp. You will not miss many hook sets with this hook. Be careful not to hook yourself!

I started using a few of these late last season and found the advantages in clear water were significant. You can down size your line and use a larger hook and still get great penetration. If you want to use super lines they are also strong enough to handle that. They are pricy but are very versatile and a great value in the long run.
