keen From hidden coves to rushing rivers, the Whisper Sandal can manage any warm-weather, water-filled day. The quick-draw elastic cord lacing system adjusts easily for a comfortable and secure fit. The washable polyester webbing upper is lined with ĘGIS Microbe Shield treated hydrophobic mesh for quick drying and to help reduce odors. The foot-cushioning EVA molded footbed provides comfort on the go.

    Love these Keens. Unlike many Keens styles, the Whisper seems fairly true to length. (I usually take a 9.5 in other Keens, but a 9 fit fine in this style.) They also are geared towards an average width foot, so if you have found other Keen styles too wide, this one is for you.

    It's airy, but still offers coverage and cushion. Not as stiff as the Newport or Venice & hence doesn't offer their superior arch support. But these are still great for day hikes and any water sports such as canoeing, rafting or just walking through wet trails. They dry relatively quickly, too. They are also cute enough to wear casually for other activities around town as well.

      These are my "go-to" summer shoes. I like that they can go from the trail to the pool and every place in between. I Manager a large pool and teach many aquatic classes including water fitness, these are great because I can wear them to teach from the deck or jump into the water to work out with the class.

          I have walked all day around a State Fair, Museum in these and my legs have felt great. I have gone creeking in these and still feel just fine afterwards to hike in. Love these sandels, comfortable, practical and look great. The only con I have is I usually wear a size 10 and they do seem a tad big. If I got a 9 1/2 they would most likely be to small-May just be my feet that are weird. Maybe a 9 3/4 shoe would work LOL
