Comments about Keen Mens Wichita Hiker:

I bought the shoes for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them! They are durable and comfortable, and he is able to use them on long walks and hikes.

I had a horrible experience with the customer service at the Gander Mountain in Blaine, MN. The sales associate at the store was extremely rude and acted as if I didn't even exist. She helped every customer (which were all white) and completely ignored me (person of color) and didn't ask me if I had any questions or concerns about the shoes I was looking at. I then became upset and asked for her help and she proceeded to help me order these shoes online, as they are not carried in the store. After a week and a half of waiting for the shoes I called the ordering number and they explained that my order was never received in their system. I was heated. I called the store and informed them of their poor customer service, the lack of experience of their staff, and the inexcusable behavior of that sales associate. I will not go back to that store, unless they correct their issues.
