    Great knife, my only complaint is the size (think glorified steak-knife), but that was the only KA-BAR in my price range so it's only a small complaint. It's perfect in almost every other way.

        This is great outdoor knife. Good for camping and other similar uses. Not a great hunting knife because it is hard to skin with because of overall size. Hard to get sharp but once it has a blade it keeps it. Can be sharp as a razor if willing to work at it.

                  If kept clean and dry after use, this knife will not rust. Leather is leather. The harder used the more it cracks and rips. For leather this is pretty good.
