Q:Would this ladder be suitable to use (with quick release hardware) on a pontoon boat? We have guests that need a very strong ladder & handles to assist when stepping from the ladder onto the boat. This appears to be an ideal model, except it is sold as a "dock" ladder.Asked on 6/1/2009 by Darrin from Nashville, TN
A:This item is intended for use only on docks. We can not recommend that to you.Answered on 2/15/2011 by Justin from Overton's
Q:how do i mount this ladder such that it is easy to attach and release?Asked on 5/4/2009 by Anonymous from Marlborough, MA
A:You can purchase the Quick-Release Mounting Brackets (item 86913) which mounts to your dock and then the ladder is secured to the bracket using pull pins. This is the best method if you want the ladder to be removable.Answered on 5/12/2009 by merchandiser from Overtons
