Comments about International Dock Products International Dock Standard-Step Stationary Dock Ladder, 7-Step:
Bought the 7 step size then inserted 1.25" sked 40 pvc pipe inside the side tubes (fit like it was machined for it) then pushed the pvc extenders into the bottom of the lake for stability. It is about 10' from my dock to the lake bed. Ladder is attractice, strong and well built. Welds were beautifully finished. This ladder was better than others I'd seen at considerably higher prices.

Comments about International Dock Products International Dock Standard-Step Stationary Dock Ladder, 7-Step:
I feel good letting my wife and grand sons use them. Three ladders give me class "A" access to the boat, float and water, from my new pier. I use two 7 step, stationary ladders in tidal salt water, from a fixed pier, to access a low profile float and another to access a mored boat. Ten feet of 1 1/4" pvc pipe inserted in the lower end and jambed into river bottom added stability.
I use a 4 step flip-up from the float for swimming.
