Comments about Innovative Lighting Portable Stern Light with 18" Pole Clamp:
The light itself is bright enough for a portable but the c-clamp style mounting bracket is too weak. The aluminum cracked and fell in the water the second time I tightened it to my boat. I can probably make my own clamp but I hesitate to recommend this product because of its poor design. I also bought the bow mount light by the same manufacturer, I can see a hairline crack starting on it in the same place now as well after 2 uses.
