Bought this cover for using it when the boat is parked, not while trailering, so can't comment on that. Our rig is a 23 foot sportfisherman. Cover fit pretty well overall, had some issues working around aftermarket rod holders, downriggers, etc which was to be expected. Cover is well-stitched and has reinforcement in areas like windshield and corners. Depending on boat type and layout, may need to build some type of support system for cover. I made an inexpensive one out of PVC piping that allows the cover to perform better with no pooling of water. There's a lot of straps to figure out when first setting it up. I "tuned" the straps/placement over time, eliminating 3 of them. The cover is light enough to handle by yourself. Quality seems good, but pad-out any sharp edges to reduce wear on the cover. The sewn-in motor cover seems to be perfectly square in shape, which doesn't seem to fit higher-HP, late-market outboard cowlings very well with their non-square, rounded shapes. That aside, overall, very pleased. Like any cover, longevity will be determined by eliminating wear points, securing it properly and supporting it correctly.
