Product Description
icom The IC-M88 is Icom's top-of-the-line handheld VHF. It has it all, from tough waterproof construction to simple operation. The compact and durable body has been built to military specifications to withstand the inhospitable marine environment and is land-mobile ready with 22 available channels (146-174 mHz) for demanding commercial users. Six large, clearly labeled buttons on the front panel maximize the simple operation, even if you're wearing gloves. The LCD is large, easy to read, and backlit for nighttime operation. Powered by a 1700 mA lithium ion battery, the M-88 will provide up to 15 hours of talk time on a charge. The Li-Ion batteries can be recharged at any time with no worry about "memory effect." Standard features include Auto weather scan and alert functions, instant access to channels 16 and 9, Icom's exclusive add/delete TAG scan operation, auto scan, 2 step power saver, key lock function, battery level meter, and a self-check function that checks internal temperature, connected battery voltage and water intrusion. The M-88 package includes Li-Ion battery pack, battery charger, AC adapter, swivel belt clip, and hand strap. 3.8"H x 2.4"W x 1.5"D. Three-year warranty.
