Comments about Hi Mountain Seasonings Jerky Cure & Seasoning Kit - Pepper:
I have made jerky for years, the old fashioned way. Soaking, washing the meat in brine, drying it adding the smoke flavor and hanging it on the clothes line, then came the smokers. With Hi mountain jerky cure I cut the meat and add the dry rub, (everything is in it), put it in an air tight contain, in the fridge and in 24 hours I am cooking. this is by far the easiest and best dry rub on the market. they offer the most flavors, for game and fish.
Thank you Hi Mountain Jerky cure

Comments about Hi Mountain Seasonings Jerky Cure & Seasoning Kit - Pepper:
Great product, easy to follow directions. I added some extra pepper because I like it that way. I also let the meat stand over night in the refridgerator. I use ground meat with a jerky "shooter" and cure it in an oven. Everyone in the family loves it, I can't seem to keep any around for me. Thanks for a great product.
