The segmented foam panels on the upper half are thinner than the lower section for increased mobility without sacrificing flotation. Comments about HO Sports HO Women's Pursuit Vest:

Our problem is that the first vest we were shipped was obviously USED & had mold on it. Had the trouble of shipping the original vest back.Then had to make other shipping arrangements & spend the time to go to the post office to pick it up. I would recommend the products but am probably not going to order from Overton's again.
