    This is our second ION SPHERE ... the first was destroyed by vandals while we were away on vacation and my (adult) kids and grandkids absolutely demanded another one ! It's easy to tow and hard to rip - the double wall design effectively prevents tears and snags.

    we have had many different tubes over the past 25 years. The ho molecule was great for four years untill main bladder split . The ion is made with a light weight nylon on top of main body of tube which split wide open the first time out. We have never had a nylon cover rip on any of our other tubes. It is a great design but not the right material.

        We have went thru 2 tubes & both did not last a day. 1 was warranty thru the factory & he other we are trying to get a refund. Would not recommened buying until they get the design fixed. The balls split right by the air fittings on both tubes.

          This towable is quite large and heavy which I guess you expect from a 4 person towable. Took it out on the lake and inflated it there with a rechargeable pump which takes about 30 minutes. Works a little faster if you have a pump that hooks up to 12 volt. This was the hardest part. Pulling it behind the boat was easy and so much fun. Everyone there from kids to adults enjoyed riding on this towable. So many different ways to ride and handles to hold on to adds to the enjoyment. Overall a very good purchase.
