I bought these last year and really loved them so I thought I would get another pair for a canoe trip. Well they weren't nothing like the first pair I bought. These felt flimsy and not made very well. They were a little snug and I was afraid to wear them for they might not of held up during my 65 mile canoe trip. Not very good for how expensive they were.

These are good pants for hiking, with a comfortable higher-rise fit and a soft interior to the waistband to reduce chafing. My only complaint is that they only come in one length - 32" - which is too short for me at 5'8". I still use them though (most often as hiking shorts), but when I need them as pants, I use them only in the woods where no one cares if I look like I'm preparing for a flood.

These pants are a great value. I wear a size 4 in these pants which fits perfectly. I had a hard time finding a good pair of field pants that fit my smaller stature, and these are perfect. In fact I am buying another pair! Very durable. I literally slid down a mountain on my rear and does not show a single sign on wear. One piece of advice, buy in store.
