Except for the bulky main zipper, this jacket is ideal for adverse weather esp heavy rain and wind. Bought a second for my son who loves it too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the light weight and breathability of the shell material. But the zipper is awful and that is not adequate to describe how bad it is. Every time I wear the jacket I have to wrestle with the zipper. It was responsible for dropping the rating by one star. If the zipper would be improved, the jacket would almost be perfect for its intended use.
