Oregon 550t's autofocus digital camera offers 4x digital zoom and automatically geotags each photo with the location of where it was taken, so you can navigate back to that exact spot. 850 MB of internal memory, USB cable, and microSD card slot make it easy to store and upload photos.

Built-in U.S. topographic data for the continental U.S. and a worldwide basemap with shaded relief includes national, state, and local parks and forests, along with terrain contours, elevation information, and points of interest. 3-axis tilt-compensated electronic compass shows your heading even when standing still. Barometric altimeter tracks changes in pressure to pinpont your precise altitude and keeps an eye on changing weather conditions. WAAS-enabled GPS receiver with HotFix satellite prediction locates your position quickly and precisely. Supports geocaching.com GPX files for downloading geocaches and details straight to your unit and wirelessly sharing with similar units. Save up to 2,000 waypoints, 200 routes, 200 tracks, and 10,000 track points.
