The powerful xHD family of radars features an improved transmitter design with a sharper pulse which allows superior radar performance in demanding conditions. With up to 75% higher transmitter pulse rates and 8 times the sampling rate of previous radars, these models produce the crisp, high definition pictures mariners love. Dual range mode displays 2 ranges simultaneously in a split-screen format on a single Garmin multifunction display. All models are backward compatible with Garmin's entire line of chartplotters.
