Product Description
gander_mountain Keep your drinks, food, and meat cold with the Gander Mountain PermaChill Cooler. This rotomolded cooler features thick polyurethane insulation plus a refrigeration-style D-seal for strength and maximum ice retention, so your goods stay colder longer in all environments. This all-weather cooler has a lid lock integrated hinge to prevent accidental lid closings, and a T-latch that fits over the screw for a secure fit and corrosion-free closure. The PermaChill Cooler also includes an over-sized 2" drain hole that lets you completely drain your cooler quickly. The drain plug is attached to prevent losing it.

Gander Mountain built this cooler with a dual stainless steel locking plate that provides more security. Convenient molded-in handles as well as removable nylon handles provide comfort and ease when lifting in any situation. The feet are reversible. One side allows easy sliding, while the anti-skid side provides slip protection on a moving boat and helps the cooler stay put over the roughest waves.

Comments about Gander Mountain Gander Mtn. PermaChill 70-Liter Cooler, 18.5 gal. capacity:

This cooler is worth the money. I filled the cooler on a Thursday at 3:oo pm and on Saturday night it was still holding ice. The average temp during the day is 90 degrees and the cooler sat in a warehouse that does not have air conditioning Thursday and Friday before sitting outside all day Saturday. The cooler does have some water in the bottom but the cold water helps keep the cooler cold. These coolers are just as good as the yeti and much less expensive. I tested this cooler with the yeti 65 and they held the same amount of ice over the same period of time. If you want a good cooler that won't break the bank then purchase a PermaChill.
