    I use this combo with 10# Braided line. It casts 70% better and further than Mono. The Rod and Braided line is a respondsive fast hook set nightmare for the species you are fishing for. Adding the smooth Reel, it is enjoyable to cast that lucky lure all day with out takeing a break...except for lunch.
