Easy to set up but could not get back in bag. Didn't get a chance to seal seams and had two torrential downpours. Very little water in tent!

A statement of the size of the tent would have helped me to make my decision to purchase.

To small for 4 people. We had 3 and we're very comfortable. The closet was nice for storage. Also, not recommended for backpacking, hard to carry.

Comments about Gander Mountain Quick 4-Person Instant Dome Tent:

we have not even been able to actually use this tent.i am on my third tent. all three came from the same store. the first one had a pole that was missing the components to snap the pole into the locked position, the box had been opened and it was suggested that it could have been a return but it wouldn't be on the shelf if there was any issue with it, clearly they were wrong. the second one had a pole that wouldn't even stay locked, and the third one i tried to put up doesn't have the metal tab in one of the poles to lock into position. once again missing components. i'm glad i attempt to set the tents up to check it out prior to our camping trips. i only bought this tent so that we would have a smaller option but thankfully i have a larger coleman tent that has been a champ! i have purchased the coleman 4 instant dome tent, almost the same as this one, and it went up without any issues. i'll stick to my coleman tents.

Comments about Gander Mountain Quick 4-Person Instant Dome Tent:

At first I like the ease with which the tent set up, until I had to put it up in an oncoming storm. I couldn't get the poles to stay extended, the zipper broke and it just collapsed. This was just after putting it up about 3 times in the course of a week. I can't believe this tent ever passed any kind of inspection to see if it really worked.
