        I mostly use it as a trailer on a football head jig. The jig allows the bait to look lifelike and the color selection is great. This combination has caught me some nice bass.

                  Great creature bait. Very versatile. I've caught both largemouth and smallmouth on it. Can be rigged shaky head, texas, or I've even swam it on weighted swim bait hook with success. Great bait at a great price.

                  You can catch several bass on the same lure. The plastic is the right texture so as to provide a great hook set yet staying power. I catch both smallmouth and largemouth bass particular at night with this bait. I would recommend it particularly the 4 inch with a number 5 hook.

                        I bought this bait just for the heck of it. I have good luck on my lake with Black & Blue combo colors.I use an 3/0 Gamakatsu off set hook in red. I thread it right through the center of the body and have the hook on the floppy tail end of the bait. No weight and I use it in water 8 feet deep and shallower. Wham, Wham, Wham, it has been a successful bait. Actualy I am catching more Northern Pike on this than I thought I would. The bait does get beat up a bit but they are affordable. For the fun I get out of them I can not complain. I have plenty of plastic's in my bag that are far more less effective than this bait. Cheap entertainment! Buy a bag you will not be sorry. I have spent more on Gulp and Strike King Coffee flavor baits and other gimmic stuff that have proven less effective.

                        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
