these pellets arent that good. They maybe fast but the accuracy is flat out HORRIBLE. They are really only good for practice. Plus the price is rediculous.

Whoever says this pellet is inaccurate needs help with their aim or needs a different gun. I've found these to be highly accurate and consistant. I've killed several squirrels at 40 yards or better. I wouldn't even consider any other pellet. They cost a little more but they're worth it.

YES YOU CAN; ALSO THE RUGER MAGNUM .177 , be prepared for a loud shot;also the farther distance of your target ;the less acuracy especially on a windy/drafty day. these are very accurate at 10 to 60 yards.!After that your better off with a much heavier target or hunting design pellet.!

                        • A:

No, they won't hurt the bore but they can hurt the guns tube, piston and seal. The lead warning is so you won't shoot steel BB's or steel darts thru it which will damage the rifling. A choked barrel is even more sensitive and steel will ruin it in one shot.
As for these pellets; remember the warning about dry firing? Well the lighter the pellet the closer it is to a dry fire condition. Example; cleaning pellets are the same as a dry fire, so always use a lead pellet with them. These PBA aren't that bad, but they are harder on the internals of the gun than heavier lead is.
You said Beeman but didn't mention model. An R1 or RX for example have choked barrels where a cheap china gun does not. For me that's where I'd draw the line, a real German gun isn't worth the risk, but use in a chinese gun is fine.
The light PBA will harm a more powerful non-German gun like the Ruger Magnum more than it will a weak Ruger Explorer because the damage from a dry fire is worse with a stronger spring.
