    I've been using this hook for Texas and Carolina rigging for years. They're very sharp and strong. Never had one to break while other brands have. These seem to be a little thinner too. Makes sticking the fish a little easier on lighter test line. I can't think of any reason why not to use these. Readily available anywhere and the price isn't going to break you either.
