this reel feels great. smooth and quick response. just make sure you locktite all the screws down before using. used the reel a half dozen times and the latch screw fell out. its amazing how loosing one little tiny screw can ruin your whole day.

To all who read this! It is a Great reel it even comes with a second spool! Which can come in Handy on the "Big Pond"! I troll using Cannon down Riggers out of a 16 & 1/2 Foot Deep-V Lund! So I can also recomend the 17 LB Test Trilene EXTRA Tough Mono Line!
