I absolutely love this combo. I have had it 2 years now. I use this mostly for trout fishing, but its also a perfect panfish rod. The reel sometimes gets wet and full of sand and its still is ultra smooth, never has any problems. The light rod is perfect for feeling the smallest trout bites. For the price and quality there isn't anything better. I love the products that Gander Mountain puts their name on, they're always quality products.
