This little flashlight is an absolute gem. I'm sort of a flashlight aficianado. I own at least a dozen different flashlights of different shapes, sizes, and capabilities. This is my new favorite. When compared to my 3D cell MagLED, this tiny flashlight is even brighter! It's also brighter than my 3AAA LEDLenser 7736TS. Although I listed that this flashlight has a short battery life, considering its incredible brightness from a single 1.5V AA, it's battery life is exceptional.
If you're looking for a flashlight that's compact, bright, durable, and very well priced for its performance level, buy this little guy!

I love the brightness and the compactness of this flashlight, but the on/off switch on this model keeps failing.
I returned the original one that I purchased and got a different one in exchange, I am now on my fourth exchange and it has also started to fail.
If the switches didn't keep failing this would be an excellent product. However given how unreliable these lights have proven to be, I felt it was time to warn others.

Q:
is it water proofAsked on 2/1/2010 by Anonymous2 answers
A:
The technical answer is yes, short answer is still no. It holds no waterproof specs, military or otherwise. I have had the light SOAKING wet, and with proper wet electronic procedures, it has worked 100% If your asking if it is a dive light, the answer is no. YMMV S/HAnswered on 2/13/2010 by Survival helper from in nowhere, with nothingA:
Don't know if it's waterproof; haven't dunked mine yet and it doesn't say anything about being waterproof on the package. What I can say is there is a rubber seal on the lens and o-ring seals in the head and battery end cap. So I'd say it's dunk-able, at very least.Answered on 5/2/2010 by E from SE Michigan
Q:
I'm looking for a bright 3 or 4 cell flashlight. Would this be a good choice or can anyone suggest another selection?
Thank you.Asked on 12/8/2009 by Anonymous from Pittsburgh, PA2 answers
A:
Only Uses 1 AA battery. Still 125 lumens is very bright. This is a small light and is still brighter then a 4D cell Mag light. Hope this helps.Answered on 1/8/2010 by Jeremy from Oviedo, FlA:
I own MANY lights, this one for run time compared to a 4 cell light is inferior, it only provides a run time of 1-2 hours tops. For its size that is amazing, given the light output, but compared to the LESS light from a 4 C BUT longer battery life, its a trade. If I needed the long life of a larger cell light, I would buy a larger cell light, even at less lumens. This is an EDC bright pocket light, nothing more.
