This stereo is eay to install easy to use, people can figure it out within minutes. Aluminum frame seems very sturdy. So far the best boat Sterio I have ever had.

I bought one for my boat, loved it so much I bought 2 more for my car and truck. Best internal Ipod dock out of any radio. Finally somewhere to put my Ipod thats safe and out of the way. I hate complicated control panels and for as much as this does it could not get any simpler.

I mounted this in a 21' center console offshore saltwater fishing boat. The install instructions and wiring connections were very well defined and marked. I also purchased the Fusion MS-FR602,6" MARINE 2-WAY SPEAKERS with the radio. I've owned many marine FM radios and speakers and this is the best designed marine radio and speakers I've seen. Unlike other marine radios that have a metal box surrounding the radio components, leaving the internal electronics somewhat exposed to the elements; this radio is COMPLETELY sealed in a VERY rigid and stong plastic box. The faceplate of the radio is a very thick plastic covered metal that is all integrated into the main frame of the radio. Making for a very solid mount. VERY WELL DESIGNED for wet marine applications. The speakers match the radio design and look to be well thought out for marine applications as well. The sound is STRONG and clear from this combination. Outstanding clarity and power. I also like how the radio face plate folds down and my Ipod plugs directly INSIDE of the radio. Once the faceplate is closed, the Ipod is enclosed completely inside the waterproof faceplate. No wires connecting the ipod, no loose ipod bouncing around inside my console and NO WORRIES about the ipod getting wet on offshore trips. I HIGHLY reccommend this radio!

No more CD's! I can't believe it has taken the industry so long to come out with a cd player that is so simple its silly. Fusion is way ahead of everyone else with this head unit. Love this thing. Your ipod/iphone stores away and you have full ipod control with the head unit or remote.

This is well put together and thought out. Bring your ipod and ditch those goofy CD's that scratch. Your ipod is dry and out of the way. It plugs directly into the radio away from any possible water damage. You'll love it. I never had an ipod either and both the radio and ipod work easy together. Happy boating and stay safe on and off the water.
