Q:How does this work? I am assuming brackets fit OVER the trailer tongue, and it would just be cut off. Is this correct?
What is the size ("ID" of the brackets, so what size does it fit?
What are weigth restrictions and limitations? Are those bolts or would they be tapped into the existing tonge?
