I have installed this product on two different boat trailers enabling them to fit in my 20x20
foot garage. They are easy to install and work
perfect. It's great to have a space saving swing
tongue on the trailers. I highly recommend this
product.

I called manufacturer and was told this will not work for my boat. I have a 1994 Four Winns 210 Horizon with a removable tongue. It will only work with a trailer that has a fixed tongue.

I have used this product for many years. At one point I was able to garage our Ski Boat, Pontoon Boat and our Jet Ski in our 2 1/2 car garage by using these Swing-Away Brackets on each tongue.

Swing-away bracket allowed me to reposition the boat in our three stall garage using the shortest stall for it's storage. Now we have a new garage it seems!

Installed in about 3 hours. I used a cutoff wheel to cut and a plug in drill. Very Easy to install. Great quality and does exactly as it's supposed to. Boat, Motor, and Trailer now fit in the garage with enough room to walk around. Awesome!! Recommend to anyone with a boat and a garage!!

Follow the directions and only takes a couple of hours if that. Now boat fits straight in garage.
Only thing is I should of got this years ago.
Good quality and easy to use.

How does this work? I am assuming brackets fit OVER the trailer tongue, and it would just be cut off. Is this correct?
What is the size ("ID" of the brackets, so what size does it fit?
What are weigth restrictions and limitations? Are those bolts or would they be tapped into the existing tonge?
