The secret is NorpacR2 Extreme Outdoor Fabric with Thinsulate FR Insulation by 3M specifically designed to meet the needs of demanding ice anglers and extreme conditions. Features 1.25" diameter aluminum poles, a muscle-bound roto-molded base, zippered front and rear doors, and two deluxe, padded, swivel boat seats. Includes Delrin self-lubricating bushings to ensure smooth sliding in extreme cold and a MaxVent Air Exchange System. Easy set-up and fold-down: no loose pieces. Set up size: 92"L x 75"W.       I have had no issues with the seats like the previous user. I have fished 3 people out of this house several times with plenty of room for a couple pales, a big buddy heater and a vex on the ice. I have installed all of the options (coat hangars, rod holders, hyfax for easy pulling, tow bar to tow behind my snowmobile) Everything has exceeded my expectation.

      This is a nice house but the seats are made out of plastic and when its cold out the backs of the seats break off ive already had to replace 2 seats! Other then that it is a nice ice house!
