The retrieving cord was frayed in the first 2 nets that were sent to me. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get someone in Customer Service to deal with my problems. OPEN UP YOUR FAT WALLETS AND HIRE MORE HELP TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON THE PHONES. OR IF YOU GET RID OF ONE PERSON IN MIDDLE MANAGEMENT, YOU COULD HIRE AT LEAST FIVE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK THE PHONES. ALSO CHECK THE QUALITY CONTROL OF YOUR SUPPLIERS. EVIDENTLY THE [*]PEOPLE THAT MADE THIS NET HAVE NONE. dnoll205[@]
