Things that are Great:
I purchased this fryer to fry my first Thanksgiving Turkey ever. I had a 14lb turkey, it took 40 min to heat the oil and 50 min to fry the turkey. It came out PERFECT!! The fryer has a 10min timer which will cut the burner off if not reset. This is a great safety feature.
Things that could be improved:
The pot is made of aluminum. There are Stainless Steel pots available for purchase.
It's difficult to empty 3 gallons of oil back into the container when done.
Most fryers have a 15min timer.
