A:I am sorry about that. You are correct though this ladder mounts around the deck of the boat and flip up and swing to one side so that you can can get the ladder out of the way for boarding and getting off the boat.Answered on 12/9/2009 by Justin from Overton's

A:Well it says that it is 36" tall. So it will obviously be taller than your pontoon fencing. But it is mounted OUTSIDE the fence, so the ladder would be outside your cover. GoodluckAnswered on 6/23/2009 by Brett the GREAT from Ontario
