    what is the maximum travel height of this lift from lowest position to highest position? I need a lift that will take the platform up 9 feet from the lowest start position.

      A:

      The steel cables that come with this kit are 40 foot cables that have to span the width of a 9 foot cradle beam. That would leave 31 foot for two sides of travel so I would estimate about 9-12 feet of vertical travel with allowances taken into consideration.
