dokken Dokken's DeadFowl Wood Duck Trainers are the original dead fowl trainers. With a soft, lifelike body and free-swinging head, these trainers help discipline any aggressive, head-shaking dog by teaching it the proper hold and carry techniques. These are the only dummies that train on every retrieve. Inject scent into the bird's body to increase your dog's scent awareness. Use the attached throw rope to launch. Power Throw Grip (#444630) gives nearly twice the distance (sold separately).

    I recently purchased the wood duck to train my 6 month old GSP. the wood duck was the perfect size to start him with and it held up well with him though he has a very soft mouth. Some of my buddies say there dogs puncured it easily though it still worked it looked goofy. The scent injection is a very good tool it helps very well teaching young dogs blind retrieves. overall a very solid product...would by again.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
