    Wonderful!

These are great. Use while docking to eat. Quick and easy. Use 5 ft on front and 4 ft on back. Wish they made 30 & 36 inch for larger boats.

Good design and tensile strength for most family marine and boat uses. The ends need to be protected from chaffing though, and should not be subjected to point pulling. Spreading the load out more along the length of the rope loop will make the line last longer. Future designs should include a more reinforced end, possibly including metal or metal braided support to reduce chaffing and eventual damage and breaking.

Comments about Dockmate Snubber Dock Line, 4:

We have used these for more than 10 years and still have 4 that were purchased in 2000. They have maintained there stretch.

We would love to see some type of optional plastic clip for the ends. This would make attachment that much easier. The attachments need to be something non-maring (plastic) also compact enough to attach to points on Personal Watercraft.

Comments about Dockmate Snubber Dock Line, 4:

This is probably my 5th set of dock lines. I have been boating for over 30 years. I use the lines to attach either to my houseboat or to the docks. The loops make it easy to attach to about anything and the spring characteristic keeps my boat close to the bumpers limiting any damage to the boat.

If you are asking if both ends have loops? The answer is yes. I would also like to add that there are sliding collars that allow you to adjust the size of the loops.
