During the summer we are on the lake and in and out of our boathouse constantly. When we come in for a break the Dockmate stretch line is the perfect thing to tie us up quickly and then to get back out on the water again without the hassle of long ropes. The perfect fit!

Good design and tensile strength for most family marine and boat uses. The ends need to be protected from chaffing though, and should not be subjected to point pulling. Spreading the load out more along the length of the rope loop will make the line last longer. Future designs should include a more reinforced end, possibly including metal or metal braided support to reduce chaffing and eventual damage and breaking.

This product comes with some added features that you dont get when you just use a regular rope to secure your boat. The bungee gives your boat flexibility to roll with the punches that the water dishes out. There is a slip on rubber piece which protects your gel coat. This product also comes with a plastic slip on which allows you to tighten the rope after securing it to the cleat. Good product, versatile, secures my 21 foot Moomba to the dock without a hitch.

If you are asking if both ends have loops? The answer is yes. I would also like to add that there are sliding collars that allow you to adjust the size of the loops.
