        It does a great job of holding our wave runner away from the pier. I will proberly buy the 12 foot ones for my Bass boat

            why doesn't someone measure the diameter where the whip inserts in the base and post the answer....if I knew the diameter I'd be more likely to buy from your company...

              I will gladly answer that for you. The opening of the base, which the whip is inserted into is 30 milimeters or 1.1811 inches. Hopefully you are able to order a pair of mooring whips from Overton's with this information!
