Quality just as good as 20 years ago
Replaced the last set because they were lost. They were very durable lines. Easy to work with. Held up excellent in the sun for two decades.

These lines look like they would work well, but for a smaller boat. The packaging says that they are designed for boats up to 20'. My boat is 22' so I returned them for the 1/2" lines. The 1/2" lines are great! Seem to be very high quality. I would give them 5 stars. The only reason for 3 here is the product description did not include the information about boat sizes. I would definitely recommend these to a friend with a boat < 20'.

Comments about Dockmate® Premium Double Braid Nylon Dock Line, 3/8" x 15':
We use these ropes to dock a 23 foot boat on a lake. I'm not sure that they would be sufficient for a larger boat or a rougher waterway, but they work very nicely for our situation.

You can go with at 3/8" diameter rope. That's what I use on my 18' craft.Answered on 7/22/2011 by Unsinkable 2 from Milwaukee, WI
