Comments about Dockmate 5-Step Gunwale Hook Ladder:

We used the ladder on the side of our boat at Norris Lake TN. The ladder snapped in half the first day it was used. The person that was on it weighed approximately 150lbs. The screws holding the steps on to the tubes were rusted. We were thankful that no one was injured. I would also say that I do not feel it is right that we have to pay for shipping to receive a replacement ladder.
